Privacy policy

Deposit

A deposit is required for each booking and for each participant. After receiving this deposit, you will receive a confirmation email for your reservation. The deposit can be paid in cash, by Wise or by bank transfer.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation on our part, for example due to bad weather conditions, you will have the choice between rescheduling the activity or obtaining a full refund of your deposit within 72 hours.

If you cancel your activity, a full refund of the deposit is possible if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled date.

For any cancellation less than 48 hours before the activity, a medical certificate will be required for a refund.

For our tours, cancellation is only possible 3 months in advance or with a medical certificate.

Wildlife Respect

At Bubbles.Diving, we love nature and animals, and we strive to minimize our impact on them. It is mandatory to follow the guides' instructions, such as: do not touch, do not take anything, and do not throw waste in nature.

Regarding whale shark expeditions, local authorities may sometimes prohibit us from entering the water with these animals in accordance with current regulations.

It is also mandatory to use the equipment provided by the guide, especially the life jacket, which is almost mandatory throughout Mexico.

Equipment

You must take care of the equipment lent to you. In case of loss or damage, you will be responsible for covering the costs with the company.

Schedule

We do our best to be on time. Since being on time is a different concept in Mexico than ours, there may be small delays or changes in the schedule.

That said, our goal is always to give you an excellent day in our company.

Insurance

Bubbles.Diving ensures your safety and has all the necessary business insurance in Mexico. However, personal insurance is essential for any trip to Mexico, as no one is immune to an accident. Hospital care is paid and expensive.

In case of an accident, we will do everything possible to help you.

Please indicate on the forms signed before the activity: an emergency contact, any health problems, and the name of your insurance.

Photos and Videos

During activities, we take photos that we send to you as souvenirs.

This service is offered by Bubbles.Diving. The quality and quantity of photos and videos depend on various factors, such as the weather, the guide's ability to take photos, available time, or if they need to help another participant. Therefore, it cannot be subject to refund or reduction.

For certain activities, such as whale shark watching or exploring certain cenotes, Mexican law prohibits our guides from taking photos of you.

Photos and videos may also be used for commercial purposes or for social media content. If you do not wish to appear or have your images used for these purposes, please inform your guide.
