  • Safety : we dive in small groups (maximum ratio of 4:1) with regularly inspected equipment.

Do I need certification to dive in Playa del Carmen?+

No, beginners can do a discovery dive without prior certification. For cenote dives or bull shark dives, an Open Water PADI certification or equivalent is usually required.

What is the best season to dive with bull sharks?+

Bull shark season runs from November to February. These females come to the warm waters of the Mexican Caribbean to feed before giving birth to their pups.

How long does a cenote dive last?+

A cenote outing typically lasts half a day (4-5 hours) including transport, briefing, and 2 dives of 45-50 minutes each. Water temperature is constant at 25°C (77°F) year-round.

What equipment do you provide for diving?+

We provide all equipment: wetsuit, BCD, regulator, mask, fins, flashlight for cenotes, and tanks. You only need to bring your swimsuit and towel.

Can I dive if I wear glasses?+

Yes! We have masks with prescription lenses or you can use contact lenses while diving. Let us know in advance so we can prepare the appropriate equipment.

How long before my flight can I dive?+

It's mandatory to respect a minimum interval of 18 to 24 hours between your last dive and your flight. Plan your dives at the beginning of your stay to avoid any risk.
